   – Alpen Heir KG provides taxi and transfer services as described on this website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Alpen Heir KG.
2. Payment
   – All payments must be made in euros (EUR).
   – We do not accept payments in other currencies. 
   – Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or provided during booking.
3. Prices
   – Prices stated on our website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
   – Alpen Heir KG reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes to statutory fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges. 
   
4. Liability
   – Alpen Heir KG is liable only for services directly provided by us.

   The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with the services of Alpen Heir KG is Innsbruck, Austria, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
